Sian graduated in 2015 from Swansea University with a first class honours following 4 years studying as a Master of Osteopathy.

Prior to becoming an Osteopath, Sian worked in the NHS as a Physiotherapy Technician and in high level sport for over 10 years, in both rugby and football as a Sports Therapist.

Since qualifying Sian has done post graduate training in acupuncture, treating fibromyalgia, Clinical Pilates headache/migraine management, female pelvic pain/gynaecology and pre/post natal care. She is also a qualified Animal Osteopath and lecturer in the local University.

Sian’s special interests include the treatment of headaches/migraines and sports injuries/rehabilitation.

When Sian isn’t in work, she can be found in her vegetable garden, tending to her chickens or riding her horse with young daughter Cleo on her pony alongside!

Henry’s special interests include pre/post natal care and sports injuries and has held multiple positions within professional and semi-professional football.

Having graduated UWTSD Carmarthen with a first-class honours, Lauren has become a confident and skilled Sports Therapist working with athletes from Scarlets rugby and Ironman Wales, right down to your weekday gym go-er.

Lauren also works for Mumbles RFC as their Sports Therapist monitoring injuries, pre/rehab and pitch side injuries.

Rhian graduated with a Master’s in Osteopathy from Swansea University in 2025. Rhian is a Welsh-speaking Osteopath with a passion for helping people move and feel their best.

Having played rugby for many years, she developed a deep appreciation for the body’s resilience and the importance of injury prevention and recovery. This sparked her interest in osteopathy and continues to inspire her patient-centred approach.

Outside of osteopathy, Rhian enjoys playing and watching rugby, skiing, swimming and looking after a growing collection of indoor plants. She also helps on the family farm, especially during lambing and silage season, and loves spending time outdoors gardening or reading.

Rebecca graduated with a first class masters degree at Swansea university where she has enjoyed providing care for a wide variety of patients.

Previously a dental nurse, Rebecca has an interest in treating TMJ disorders, but is also passionate about foot biomechanics, having done her dissertation on the effects of barefoot training for the general population.

Rebecca has undergone further training in dry cupping, kinesiology taping, and dry needling, as well as continuing her education in animal osteopathy.
